Requirements:

Grade 12 (Essential).
Minimum of 2-years experience as a Stock Controller.
Strong persuasive and outstanding organisational skills.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Willingness to work additional hours from time to time due to nature of business

Duties:

Operational

Assist the TempCheck team on daily tasks
PO Files and Transporter mails to update temptales utilised
Assist on some weekends with TC duties

Stock Management

Distribution of ALL temptales to transporters, cold stores and different offices, stock sheet updated and future date of GEO's where necessary
Reconciling of delivery notes
Acknowledgement letters
Recon and stock count at all locations, via email/physical
Weekly stock recon for GEO's to all parties
Monthly Stock recon for all temptales allocated/unallocated
