PURPOSE OF POSITION: To support the line function and stores in mitigating company losses, performing the audit function and facilitating the stock take process. RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Auditing and calculation of Stock Takes Health and Safety Audits Administration Policy Efficiencies Loss Control People Management Customer Service Manage a low cost business according to the company's low cost culture. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage. Ideally 2-5 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership/managerial role. Computer Literate. (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite - will be an advantage). Valid Code 8 manual driver’s licence with a willingness to travel extensively. Able to work away from home. ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: A passion for retail is essential to deliver a world-class customer experience. Demonstrate integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. Confident with very strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with the ability to give recognition, support, direction and guidance to Dynamos. With a proven ability to build strong relationships. Strong Managerial capabilities - think like an owner of the business with the ability to plan, lead, organise and control. Comfortable working under pressure and to operate in a set routine according to a specific work method. Willing to work retail hours.
