Apply NOW We require a self-starting adept individual with a strong financial analysis background and relationship building skills. Experience in property & property related transactions would be an added advantage. CA(SA) / BCom Finance or Accounting Honours/ Bachelor of Science in Property Studies Strong interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships Ensure all business rules and compliance regulations are carried out Collating of information for ad-hoc projects Provide an exceptionally high level of service Ability to understand and manage complex transactions Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders regarding the closing of deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Financial modelling Analysis of financial statements Support and assist External Consultants Credit Pack preparation and assisting with credit presentation Support structuring of deals/transactions Support and assist Internal Consultants Collection of relevant client documentation Networking with clients to build relationships Assisting with deal implementation and ongoing client management of deals Understanding the Risk Return relationship in the Banking context The Successful candidate should be: Financially astute High attention to detail Strong analytical skills Team player, good communication skills and resilience Self-motivated / self-reliant / self-starter Work well under pressure Passion/Energy/Enthusiasm Broad understanding of banking processes Innovative/entrepreneurial flair/open minded Outstanding communication skills For more information please contact: Lindsay Wilson
