We''re seeking a skilled Airless Painting and Blasting Supervisor. Candidates must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, proficiency in English and Afrikaans, and expertise in airless painting, painting application, and sand blasting.

Requirements:

Matric qualification
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (reading and writing)
Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Valid drivers license
Age between 22 45
Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in airless painting, painting application, and sand blasting

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for effective project planning and day-to-day project management. Key responsibilities include:

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to manage both teams and clients
Prepare comprehensive safety files
Compile and submit daily reports
Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities
Effectively handle crises management
Oversee workforce management
Manage project vehicles
Implement stock control and cost control/savings measures without compromising work quality
