Hire Resolve is currently working with a reputable mining company that is looking for a motivated Surveyor to join their team. Responsibilities: Conduct precise topographical surveys to determine property boundaries, establish legal boundaries, and stake out control points. Perform accurate surveys to monitor mining activities such as development ends, large excavations, and underground infrastructure. Utilize advanced surveying equipment, including laser scanners and GPS systems, to collect and analyze data. Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings using CAD software. Collaborate with mining engineers, geologists, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. Maintain survey equipment and perform regular calibrations and adjustments. Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors and field crews. Requirements National Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surveyor in the mining industry. Proficient in the use of surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser scanners. Strong knowledge of Trimmable Access Software and Model Maker Software Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
