This is a remote position. Position Environment Working closely with a small group of Systems Support Analysts to generate and preserve customer satisfaction. Purpose of Position To generate and preserve customer satisfaction for the Client system through the provision of a wide range of technical and liaison services. Flexibility required to meet customer needs and changing work environment. Requirements Key Accountabilities Respond to technical problems reported by customers. Perform data analysis to provide solutions for customer inquiries. Provide analysis, documentation, and testing support for system modifications and product enhancements. Diagnose and escalate processing errors and product defects. Monitor customer environments for data integrity and perform preventative maintenance. Develop client-specific reports using third-party reporting software. Deliver training on product functionality to customers. Make recommendations for new products and improved functionality. Specific Duties Provide efficient first-line client support services. Deliver technical and business-level advisory and problem-solving services. Liaise with external users and internal project members and developers. Provide analysis, specification, testing, fault identification, and documentation services. Prepare software documentation and technical information. Develop accurate reports for internal and client use. Implement the Company’s Policies and industry technical standards. Ensure health and wellbeing while carrying out duties. Resources, Relationships, and Authority Accountable to the Systems Support Manager. Consult with Systems Support Analysts, customers, developers, and project/product managers. Liaise with professional advisors and service providers. Qualifications, Experience, and Capabilities Required Relevant Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years of post-qualification work experience. Technical skills and knowledge in Prolog, GIT, Microsoft SQL/Server. Experience with basic database administration techniques. Knowledge and experience of software design and development. Experience with business analysis documentation and ITIL/software development lifecycle. Network experience and familiarity with financial protocols. Prior employment in the Information Technology sector. Flexibility for non-standard working hours. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Ability to learn new software and processes quickly. High levels of attention to detail. Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision. Customer-focused with an inquiring mind.
