Manage 15 staff Successfully manage the talent acquisition operations Ensure transformational targets are met Recruit and develop recruitment staff Set performance targets for the team Upskill and motivate team Job profiling Budget management Ability to conduct behavioural based interviews SLA compliance Must have: Matric Advanced diploma / degree No less than 5-8 years' recruitment experience, 3 years' working within a management role Advanced acquisition Excellent operational management skills Excellent people management skills Excellent relationship building skills Energetic Process and system driven Compliance driven Excellent English communication Great track record Clear ITC Clear Criminal record
