- 2-4 years of experience as a Qualified Artisan, or a National Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of production processes and operations.
- A TRAT score of 6 with no individual scores below 5.
- Deep knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
- The ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and objectives.
- A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
