Contribute to a 92% first pick ratio at all times. • Ensure the accuracy of Supersession, costing group and discount accuracy around Hyundai PDC's pricing model. • Create maintain and develop Hyundai PDC's KIT processes ensuring master data and pricing accuracy daily, weekly and monthly. • Provide supply chain visibility at all times for inbound sea freight ensuring the required flow of stock replenishment is managed in accordance to FIFO principles • Controlling and coordinating deliveries pertaining to imported stock orders. o Effective communication to WH on changes to delivery schedule timeously • Providing support in Hyundai PDC's costing methodology for local, importers • New Vehicle launches technical parts initial orders and cost matrix in line with business requirements • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested • Liquid capital cost matrix data management and accuracy. • Dealer queries support around operational functions providing alternative solutions effectively and timeously. Reporting • Lead time report, weekly and monthly SF. • First pick – Daily Weekly monthly • Delivery Report – Daily, Weekly, Monthly • Weekly Volunteric Container utlization • All reporting to management and information provided to internal and external customers must be of a high standard at all times. Supporting the importers procurement team in a generalist capacity specifically around, costing analysis, Technical Support, master data maintenance and vehicle parts cost matrix. • Supply chain principles and execution of inbound supply chain tasks relating to planning and delivery whilst developing a rapport with Warehouse supervisors. • Technical aptitue and understanding of automotive components, parts, supersessions drives, assemblies and sub assemblies within an OEM environment. Matric, (A must have) Tertiary Education (beneficial) 5 years automotive experience within a technical procurement function/Sales function Electronic Parts Catalogue exposure
