Minimum requirements:

Must have experience in the cash counting industry automated safes, cash counting equipment technician.
Technical ability fault finding ability, basic mechanical, electronics and electrical.
Customer service attributes friendly and approachable.
Technical studies N3, N4, N5, N6 or trained and experienced in these fields.
Solder ability to solder electronic PC boards.
Knowledge of cash counting equipment repairs, service, and maintenance 3 5 years experience.
Ability to follow rules and regulations due to cash environment.
Provide Technical support to customers/staff.
Service/Support and Repair Note and Coin Counting equipment.
Provide Telephonic Technical Support and training to Customers and fellow employees.
Efficient and accurate capturing of job cards.
Onsite customer support and service South Africa. Will do call outs to customers in South Africa.
Proficient in Office 365 packages outlook, excel, word.
Drivers license.
No criminal record.
