Potential Job Seekers, Here is an exiciting opportunity. Our client is looking for a Reefer Technician Assistant with comprehensive technical knowledge to work in Rossburgh, Durban. Part of the successful candidate's job would be to be able to provide support to both the Reefer Technician and Reefer Estimator with quotations and repairs to reefer containers The successful candidate has to be compotent in the below duties: Fault finding and repairs to reefer containers Complete PTI reports on reefer containers (manual and auto) Stock take of reefer spares - WHEN REQUIRED Steri probe layout Calibrating of steri reefer containers for different protocols - WITH SUPERVISION Monitor full reefer containers Out of reefer season, relieve as a Set Point Monitor Act on any reasonable instruction given to him/her by his/her superior in relation to reefer related activities House keeping of towers area - keeping the area clean Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills Time management skills Support to the Department/ Operations Manager Concise and efficient in the delivery of all verbal and written communication Effective organisational skills Ability to work using own initiative and motivation Demonstrate flexibility in busy times where possible Willingness to adapt to change Market-related
