Role / Person Specification Education and Experience Required

B-degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a relevant banking or business degree or an NQF Level 6 equivalent qualification
QA and UAT testing, running BUATs and managing the work of the testers
work allocation and delivery of our Salesforce System Implementation
Five (5) years IT and products experience
Experience in Testing Best Practice, Test Management, and tools supporting testing lifecycle.
Knowledge of Operational Management Principles and Practices (Solid)
Knowledge of People Management principles and practices (Solid)
Knowledge of Financial Management principles and practices (Solid)
Knowledge of Risk Management principles and practices (Solid)
