DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY (MTN / VODACOM / CELL C / VOX ETC) Main Purpose In line with the SA marketing strategy, to collaborate with the team, to plan, developing and execute a comprehensive trade marketing strategy, to enhance/ amplify brand awareness in the various channels within SA market, drive business engagement into the various channels including the ecommerce platform, and generate leads for business growth. To support the marketing team with social and digital media strategies across all platforms, to: Create brand awareness. Customer engagement Lead generation Website (maintenance) KPA Channel Create and execute marketing campaigns to deliver on the GTM strategy by developing a strong brand identity within the channels across the SA market that reflects company's unique offerings and positioning the brand as a leader in reliable high-speed connectivity, state-of-the-art data centres, and innovative digital services. Create comprehensive resources to educate channel partners, channel resellers, SME's & bespoke market segments (i.e.: farmers) about company's offerings, positioning, and value propositions. Value Propositions need to cover: Network & Connectivity Services Cloud Services Power Solutions Data Centres Develop co-branded marketing materials, collateral, and sales tools that channel partners, Resellers & Internal SME environments can use to effectively promote Company products & services Develop & implement a clear communication strategy into the partners; reseller, SME & mass market environments to ensure they have access to the latest product updates, promotions, and support, utilising all GTM methodologies Develop Channel newsletters that fosters strong relationships with channel partners & resellers by regular communication to foster a transparent and mutually beneficial relationships. Create comprehensive resources to educate channel partners; reseller; SME & Mass market about company's offerings, positioning, and value propositions. Digital Asset Management Assist in the Development of digital assets, including websites, apps, and social media platforms, ensuring they align with the brand's goals and objectives. Assist with SEO planning and strategy. Budget plan for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget. Brand Awareness Plan brand awareness campaign through digital marketing initiatives and campaigns targeting identified markets in the telecommunication service industry. Content creation for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience requirements. Social and digital media plan, and track measurement/ leads Monthly report to Head of Marketing and Exec: channels- include trends, insights, event etc. Report to include lead generation conversion, vendor management and budget spend vs allocation Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the visibility and impact of campaigns. Content Creation and Marketing Content creation in line with content strategy, including website, marketing materials, brochures, email marketing, blogs and articles. Develop co-branded marketing materials, collateral, and sales tools that channel partners can use to effectively promote your services Key Decisions: Trade Marketing into all the various channels as per JD above Decides on possible proposed events / campaigns based on budget availability Decides on marketing mix per segment Accountable for: All trade marketing into the channel as per JD above, securing approval from HOM and channel ME. All plans to be developed with the SA marketing KPI, and to be approved by HOM and ME. Formal Qualifications Required Marketing Degree or Diploma, including social and digital media studies Job Related Experience Required Experience in both the retail & digital marketing within the South African Telecommunication Service industry | 4-5 yrs | Essential Social and digital media content creation, planning and execution | 3-4 yrs | Desirable Proficiency in creating, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns | 4-5 yrs | Essential Experience in the South African Telecommunication industry across SMB; Dealer & Reseller channels | 4-5 yrs | Essential Budget keeping | 3-4 yrs | Desirable Job Related Knowledge Required In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, best practices, and tools. Knowledge of email marketing, SEO Job Related Skills Required Excellent communication and coordination skills.
