Trade Tested Refrigeration Technician Wetton, Cape Town Salary R14 400 to R15 400 (Contribution to provident fund and half of the medical aid)
A dispense and refrigeration service provider is looking for a Trade Tested Refrigeration Technician.
Duties:
Maintains Productivity, Safety and quality standards.
Meet all budgetary targets and KPIs as set by EXCO.
Make effective decisions to help the department run smoothly.
Maintain high level of administrative accuracy.
Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with clients.
Provide clients with service that exceeds expectation.
Ensure all clients projects run smoothly and most efficiently and that deadlines are met.
Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Completes and submits "van stock count" for all spare parts Weekly to Administrators before new week commences.
Immediately escalates any Service Ticket that cannot be undertaken on the day to Administrator
Always ensure that there are sufficient tools available for the tasks being performed and that these are in good working conditions.
After completion of job, ensures that job card is filled in correctly with all the relevant information required and gets Customer to sign off. Picture of job card is taken and immediately sent to Administrators.

Any Safety and Quality incident experienced on the job must immediately escalated to Administrator
Ensures high levels of Safety and Housekeeping is maintained in areas of work
Reports any Unsafe Installations at Customer/Outlets immediately to Administrator
Experience:
Matric
Refrigeration qualification with Trade Test a must
Valid drivers license a must
1-2 years Customer service experience
1-2 years Refrigeration Experience
Gas handling license
