Candidate requirements:

Grade 12 essential
At least 2 years of experience as a trails guide
FGASA Level 2 (NQF4)
FGASA Lead (Advanced) Trails (Apprentice trails candidates will be considered if they are close to completing their Lead Trails hours)
Must have all guiding documentation up to date
Possession of a valid drivers license & PDP is essential
Must have experience walking in a Big 5 Reserve
An understanding of vehicle & lodge maintenance an advantage
Must be well-presented, confident and well-spoken
Must be passionate about conservation and guests
Must reference incredibly well
