A 5* Game Lodge located in the Eastern Cape.
Job DescriptionKey Performance Areas of this position include:
Conduct an advanced game drive experience (2 x 3 hours daily)
Conduct walking safaris
Host guests at certain meals and other relevant times
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment/assets
Carry out stand-by duties and other activities undertaken by guests
Perform duties as required by the Field Guide Department
Work independently and unsupervised for majority of time
FGASA qualification Level 2 or NQF4 Field guide qualification. Full / Lead Trails guide or related specialist field guide qualification. SAPS firearms competency for rifle, Valid first aid certificate. DEAT registered. 4x4 Driving experience preferable. Trails guide and Advanced Rifle handling qualification.
SkillsAt least 4-5 years experience dealing with big five game and five-star clientele. Code B of EB drivers license and valid PDP. People orientated personality. Good general knowledge of current affairs both locally and internationally
