Trolley Fleet Manager - Durban

An opportunity has arisen for a high calibre National Trolley Fleet Manager to handle administrative tasks, supervising, and controlling trolley services. Preference will be given to applicant with previous working experience within the cleaning or trolley industry. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information:

Minimum Requirements

· Matric (Grade 12)

· Must have previous administration experience in a similar environment with a minimum of 5 years work experience.

· Must be computer literate

· Data capturing

· Previously served in a leadership role

· Reliable and assertive

· Pro-active and ability to take initiative

Duties and Responsibilities

· Handling administrative tasks

· Monitoring progress and utilization

· Recovering Trolleys

· Sorting out customers problems and assisting clients with problems

· Communicating trolley losses

· Supervising and controlling trolley activities

· Management of the assets and staff under your control and the meeting of objectives set in the budget process

· Ensure service level agreements are met

· Ensure assets and staff comply with all statutory and legal requirements

· Ensuring that all equipment/machinery is serviced within the allowed service intervals

· Maintaining of a high level of discipline, within the operations, Ensuring staff under your control maintain high level of service to customers
