Water Hygiene Consultant - Pretoria
An opportunity exists for a dynamic individual with a growth mindset, to fulfil the role as a Legionella/ Water Hygiene Specialist Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following main duties/ tasks:•Apply principles of Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene and Environmental Health to guide and inform clients on Legionella and Drinking Water Quality. •Provide Legionella and Water Hygiene related advice and consultation to clients. •Legionella / Water Hygiene Risk Assessments.•Undertake site visits, inspections, and water sampling at various industrial and commercial sites.•Analysing water quality results and providing practical management options and solutions where required.•Generate Legionella / Water Hygiene Management Report.•Be able to do Presentations and provide Training to clients. Requirements:• Qualification and Experience in environmental health, occupational health & safety consulting, industrial hygiene, chemical water treatment, water hygiene, occupational health systems and environmental monitoring. • Knowledge of Legionella and Drinking Water Quality Standards (desired). • Valid Drivers licence and own car essential.• Willingness to travel.• Presentable and well organised.• Analytical thinker and problem solver.• Proactive in nature.• Excellent command of English language (both spoken and written).• Good communication, report generation and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently.If you are interested in this position, please send through your CV and motivational cover letter to infoecosafe.co.za before the 2nd April 2024.
