Description Requirements: Undergraduate degree preferable. Post graduate studies advantageous. 5 years experience in manufacturing environment. Steelwork experience essential. HVAC ducting experience advantageous. Team player with ability to build relationships both internally and externally Duties: Drive overall profitability of factory. Management of stock control, replenishment, stock count process. Accountability of factory Gross Profit (GP%) and EBITDA. Drive sales through networks and product knowledge. Develop website and product catalogue to drive sales. Manage factory staff and drive performance. Oversight of invoicing processes. Technical review of works orders. Quality control: Factory optimization and asset planning / replacement. Develop preventative maintenance schedules. Works independently and takes overall accountability of factory performance.
