Workshop Manager - Truck Industry - Cape Town City Centre
N/Subs Cape Town Trucking & transport company requires the services of a Workshop Manager to manage the full function - Technicians, Admin and strong leadership skills. Role will be part of MANCO
Matric or N3
Technical qualification in Diesel preferred (Trade Test)
Fleet of 100 trucks plus
2 years as a Leader in a Workshop
Hands-on exp of Commercial Vehicle repairs, maintenance and service plans
Train and knowledge transferring of Mechanics / Technicians / App
Admin orientated in Workshop Admin such as ordering and job cards IT systems etc
HR function - Admin / Shifts / IR / Recruitment / Training etc
