Marketing experience, marketing qualification or sold marketing solutions. Ability to retain and grow revenue from key customer accounts. Proven record of success in: Consistently retaining and growing key customer accounts over 3-5 years. Establishing, strengthening, and deepening relationships with high-level decision makers. Gathering and analyzing information on key customer accounts to establish valuable insights that will grow the account. Leading complex contract negotiations Leading collaborative engagements internally and externally to discover and execute the best ideas to drive account growth. Preferred experience, knowledge, and skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management in a B2B environment, preferably in contracted subscription services Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong ability to maintain a high level of productivity with solid time management skills.
