Our client, a Full Service Digital Agency, based in JHB is looking to employ an Account Manager that has worked with FMCG clients previously. We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for nurturing client relationships to join our digital agency, specializing in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing accounts in a digital marketing context, with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with FMCG brands, understanding their unique needs and how our digital services can support their business goals. Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to craft digital marketing campaigns that resonate with FMCG audiences, driving engagement and achieving client KPIs. Analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations, fostering a data-driven approach to digital marketing Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance account management processes and strategies. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager , or relevant role, preferably within a digital agency environment. Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and influencer management. Understanding of the FMCG industry and its digital marketing needs. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Market Related.
