Requirements:- Bcom Accounting / Financial Management qualification
- Effective time management 
- Numeracy / statistics skill
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- MS Office and Syspro or any other financial planning software
- Good communication skills
Experience:- 3 - 5 Years experience in a finance department
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage
Duties Include:
- Manage financial transactions, and analyse financial data.
- Manage cash transactions and petty cash
- Effect payment of invoices via electronic banking
- Match invoices to GRN and process for some suppliers
- Ad Hoc duties
- Prepare and process all journal entries 
- Reconcile all asset, liability and payroll accounts 
- Do VAT reconciliations
- Provide schedules and working papers to external auditors
- Process Foreign payments
