Our client is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage various projects.
We seek a Costing Accountant to guide cash management and day-to-day company expenses.
Calculate VAT, sales, cost of sales and profit, etc
Duties;
Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills, and supporting documentation
Maintaining accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt, and gathering appropriate signatures
Updating financial records via accounting software
Gathering payroll expenses and input into the appropriate entry line
Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
Analyzing financial statements and preparing balance sheets
Saipa registered will be an advantage
Cost management experience
Must have experience with the following:
Sage Pastel
Excel
Costings and Budgets
Cash Flow forecasts
Providing regular reports on costings, variances and actuals.
Able to process source info on pastel and generate the respective reports for decision making.
