Accountant - Rustenburg

Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
* Articles in financial accounting
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the real estate or property management sector
* Experience with budgeting, financial analysis and reporting
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Skills and Competencies:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
* Knowledge of South African Real Estate regulations and compliance requirements
* Position based in Rustenburg and may requires occasional travel to properties within portfolio
* Have a valid driver's license
