Reference: BOK004241-CMB-2 Looking for dynamic self-motivated Rental and Sales Executive with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management or related. Requirements Experience in sales / rentals in the construction, real estate industry. Strong contract management skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Good understanding in rental business. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Knowledge of modular or portable buildings industry Technical understanding of construction processes and building regulations Project management experience. Reps with experience in the mining industry will be preferred. Duties Create marketing materials and campaigns to promote the products. Conduct meetings and presentations Negotiate rental rates and terms with clients Submit quotes/proposals for all RFQ requests. Review rental contracts Coordinate the logistics of delivery and setup of modular buildings at client sites. Prepare and present reports to management Resolve any issues or concerns Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards and policies. Quarterly rentals & sales presentations to senior management. R 22 000 - R 25 000 - Monthly plus Company fuel card, Medical Aid
