Rental & Sales Executive - Rustenburg
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management or related.
- Experience in sales / rentals in the construction, real estate industry.
- Strong contract management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good understanding in rental business.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of modular or portable buildings industry
- Technical understanding of construction processes and building regulations
- Project management experience.
- Reps with experience in the mining industry will be preferred.
- Create marketing materials and campaigns to promote the products.
- Conduct meetings and presentations
- Negotiate rental rates and terms with clients
- Submit quotes/proposals for all RFQ requests.
- Review rental contracts
- Coordinate the logistics of delivery and setup of modular buildings at client sites.
- Prepare and present reports to management
- Resolve any issues or concerns
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards and policies.
- Quarterly rentals & sales presentations to senior management.
