If you are a seasoned Accountant (Creditors) prepared to enhance the success of a leading pharmaceutical entity, kindly submit your resume to Katesalixrecruitment.co.zaDuties: Solicit supplier invoices and secure approvals from relevant department heads. Input supplier invoices into the ledgers using Pastel software. Compile payment packs with necessary supporting documentation. Distribute remittance advice and Proof of Payment (POP) to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare monthly creditor reconciliations. Assist in processing customer invoices. Chase outstanding debtor payments. Update entity bank balances daily and create daily bank reconciliations. Ensure that all payment files received from Prepaycentral are submitted and processed by the team. Process monthly intercompany charges. Assist in the month-end process, including drafting month-end journals and preparing a final trial balance for management reporting. Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom degree Accounting Experience: 5 years experience in a similar role Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good knowledge of Pastel/similar accounting system Experience using Pastel Skills & Competencies: Possess robust analytical capabilities Demonstrate a profound grasp of accounting principles Exhibit meticulous attention to detail Showcase excellent communication skills If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
