Admin Assistant (Financial Planning and Investments) - Somerset West

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / MatricÂ
  • Bachelors degree in either Business, Economics, or Finance -Â preferredÂ
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Investment, life, or medical sectors -Â advantageousÂ
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite (Intermediate Excel Skills)
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
  • Drivers license and own reliable transport
  • Able to work under pressure, independently as well as collaboratively under supervisionÂ
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, problem solving skills and able to prioritise
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Financial Advisors in managing client accounts and investment portfolios.
  • Handle correspondence with clients, third-party providers, and product houses.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of investment instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to facilitate investment administration.
  • Manage client reporting and general administrative tasks.
