Admin Assistant (Financial Planning and Investments) - Somerset West
Requirements:
Grade 12 / MatricÂ
Bachelors degree in either Business, Economics, or Finance -Â
preferredÂ
3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Investment, life, or medical sectors -Â
advantageousÂ
Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite (Intermediate Excel Skills)
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Drivers license and own reliable transport
Able to work under pressure, independently as well as collaboratively under supervisionÂ
Strong attention to detail, organisational, problem solving skills and able to prioritise
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Financial Advisors in managing client accounts and investment portfolios.
Handle correspondence with clients, third-party providers, and product houses.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of investment instructions.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with internal and external departments to facilitate investment administration.
Manage client reporting and general administrative tasks.
