Description Our client seeks a young highly organized, professional and presentable Admin Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to our team's success. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally, handling client inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for the IT support team. Maintain a clean, presentable, and welcoming reception area. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and documentation. Develop and maintain an organized filing system for client and company records. Order office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring timely replenishment. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and IT support protocols. Requirements: Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Presentable and professional demeanour. Ability to answer phone calls and handle client queries effectively. Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (both written and spoken). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a Team. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Willingness to learn Must reside in the Centurion vicinity. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or in a related field, preferably within the IT industry Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Familiarity with IT terminology and support processes is a plus.
