Our client is a leader in the retail sector and they are looking for a Sales & Admin Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office, including stock supervision, personnel oversight, marketing coordination and financial management. Sales Administration: Process sales orders, manage customer inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of products. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits. Invoicing and Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices accurately, reconcile payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and sales analysis. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records. Grade 12 Strong understanding of stock management procedures and inventory control. Proficiency in invoicing systems and accounts receivable processes. R150 000 CTC - R192 000 CTC (Depending on experience) Apply Now
