We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team in a dual role that combines sales administration and financial assistance As a Sales Administrator and Financial Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our retail operations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in stock management and invoicing processes. Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration: Process sales orders, manage customer inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of products. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits. Invoicing and Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices accurately, reconcile payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and sales analysis. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records. Matric Proven experience in sales administration and financial assistance within the retail sector. Strong understanding of stock management procedures and inventory control. Proficiency in invoicing systems and accounts receivable processes. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. R14 000 CTC to R16 000 CTC per month based on experience and qualifications
