As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing payroll transactions for our organization. Your role will involve ensuring timely payments to employees while adhering to payroll policies and regulations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. MUST have VIP experience Payroll Processing: Calculate and process payroll transactions accurately and on time, including salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions. Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. Prepare and submit payroll reports and summaries for review by management or accounting departments. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits related to payroll, such as health insurance, retirement contributions, and leave accruals. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, deductions, and adjustments. Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role. Familiarity with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP). Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred) - Certification in payroll administration is a plus - Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable Negotiable
