Matric essential
Accounting / Finance or relevant Payroll Certificate / Diploma
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR / Payroll
Good solid knowledge and proof of experience on VIP Premier Payroll and SAGE 300 People
Salaried payroll tax experience is essential
DUTIESThe individual will oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and tax regulations, handle tax filings, manage employee benefits, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Supervise payroll staff, maintain payroll records, and implement payroll policies and procedures

Ensure correct processing of leave and employee benefits and the maintenance of personal files
Ensures that all financial capturing and processing is done in accordance with company policies and procedures
