Job Experience & Skills Required:- Prepare comprehensive month-end financial reports, detailing payroll expenses and variances, to aid in financial planning and decision-making
- Oversee the entire payroll function, from data collection and processing to disbursement and record-keeping, ensuring timely and accurate payroll operations
- Develop and maintain robust internal control systems, preparing and balancing accounts to ensure financial integrity and compliance with auditing standards
- Calculate, deduct, and remit payroll taxes, staying updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize liabilities
- Utilize advanced features of Sage 300 to streamline payroll processes, generate detailed reports, and improve overall payroll efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:- Certificate in Payroll
- Minimum 3 years experience
