We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to support the Centre Manager with our Malls in the Northern Suburbs – Cape Town. Your duties will include the following but is not limited to: Report to the Centre Manager Handling all tenant correspondence Following up on all service-related certificates. Fire equipment / Extraction / Fat Traps and update registers. Request purchase orders for approved quotes Follow up on Invoice/Statement/Job cards and complete invoice schedule. Answer office landline calls Keep contact list for tenants up to date. Tenant Correspondence- Bulk email Obtain turnover figures from all tenants and populate schedule. Communicate store number changes to marketing / new tenants. Obtaining quotations from suppliers as and when needed Keep maintenance tracker up to date. Check if cleaning staff and gardening is on duty as well as security. Assist to customers/suppliers and tenants' queries on landline or walk-ins. Check and respond to email requests. Keep track and place order for diesel and keep spreadsheet up to date. General day to day office administration. Qualification and experience: Grade 12 / Matric (essential) 3 years administrative experience Skills: Good time management skills Verbal and written communication skills Computer literate (MS Office) Ability to follow rules and procedures.
