Visa Processing: Handle visa applications and renewals for 10 employees, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. General Office Administration: Manage office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing communications, and maintain organised office spaces. Bookkeeping: Assist with financial record-keeping, including processing invoices, managing expense reports, and maintaining financial records. Spreadsheet Management: Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking expenses, travel schedules, and other essential data. VAT Reporting: Prepare and submit VAT reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines. Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders. Experience with International Travel Arrangements: Utilize knowledge of international travel logistics to ensure smooth and efficient arrangements for staff. Experience: In an administrative role, preferably within the aviation or travel industry. Bookkeeping experience Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration or related field would be advantageous Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word. Experience with Zero Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience with bookkeeping and VAT reporting is an advantage.
