The position is based in Rosebank, Johannesburg. Deliver administrative tasks timeously and accurately Ensure all orders for POS material is sent out timeously and accurately Ensure all stock levels are maintained and that stock rooms are kept neat and tidy Chasing signage companies for quotes and invoices Ensure marketing material is ready and in good condition for all promotions and events Assist with the distribution of material Follow up on Branch snags and fixes them Ensure all administrative tasks assigned are completed timeously and accuratel Support the Marketing team with promotions and events Ensure all reports and feedback are provided timeously Implement Staff Rewards and Recognition Programme Grade 12 Matric B.Com Degree/Advanced Diploma in Bookkeeping or Administration Experience in a Microfinance industry would be desirable Good communication and customer service skills Excellent presentation skills Compile analysis spreadsheets Well organised Ability to Multitask Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Online Applications such as CRM tools, Online Analytics.
