Our client, a specialist in communication solutions, seeks a dynamic Administrative Coordinator proficient in workflow management tools (i.e., Trello or Monday) to streamline processes and keep their team on track. The ideal candidate will come from a strong background in telecommunications (not ess.) and data analysis to manage the onboarding of new customers, handle client registration, address SMS-related queries, and ensure industry compliance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in administrative efficiency, apply now to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction Purpose of the position: The purpose of this position is to manage the registration and setup processes for Alpha Sender ID/10 DLC, address SMS-related queries, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. By maintaining meticulous records, handling new customer onboarding, and managing supplier relationships, this position supports the organisation's operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the telecommunications sector. Additionally, it involves efficient and effective management of administrative tasks, coordination of workflow, and oversight of the Provider Portal, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Telecommunications, IT, Data Science, or a related field would be ideal. Able to serve customers in Afrikaans and English. Exceptional skills in Workflow management and Administration. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Ideally, familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements. Personality traits: Excellent organizational and administrative abilities. Meticulous and capable of handling multiple tasks at once. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities: Manage new supplier onboarding and testing of the system. Ensure compliance with industry regulations. Handle Alpha Sender ID/10 DLC registration, setup, and management processes. Oversee the Provider Portal. Serve as the primary contact for SMS-related queries. Escalate SMS or Sender ID issues to suppliers. Track "Not Routable" messages, configure routing, and inform clients. Monitor Telegram for SMS transmission issues and notify clients.
