Administrator/Office Manager - Durban

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is stocked and equipment is maintained.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support organizational activities and projects.
  • Provide support for company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and other external parties.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or Office Manager, preferably in the engineering or automation sector.
  • Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field are preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
