The Administrator/Data Capturer is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with administration duties. There are 6 positions available, and we require candidates who are based in the following areas: 1 Polokwane 1 Nelspruit 1 Durban 1 Kimberley 1 Bloemfontein 1 Cape Town Assisting Project Manager with administration documentation Data Catpturing Collecting invoices Initial ranking of facilities according to client's utility payment schedules and register Reporting of initial anomalies Communication with clients Continuous monitoring to reconcile and ensure accurary. Updating of Excel workbooks Participating in Client meetings, prepare meeting minutes Reporting Technical Skills Requirement 1.Excellent reporting and communications skills. 2.Financial auditing and utility account analysis (learning phase) 3.Cost-benefit analysis of water savings opportunities Experience 1.Min 2 Years work experience in administration 2.Experience with Word and Excel Education and Qualifications 1.Desirable - Qualification in Business administration/Administration General Requirements 1. Must be able to use Outlook/ Email, Shared Drive and Google Chrome, Google Earth, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. 2. Meticulous recording of information, filing and paperwork. 3.
