Specific departments specialise in transfers of properties, bond registrations, bond cancellations and cession of bonds. In addition, they offer specialised legal services in respect of the National Credit Act, Financial Intelligence Centre Act, Protection of Personal Information Act, Companies Act and the Consumer Protection Act is currently looking for a Litigation Attorney. Minimum requirements: LLB At least 2 years experience as Admitted Attorney Extensive experience in Litigation and Foreclosures Sharp eye for commercial drafting Must have a strong ability to write legal opinions and memorandums to address complex legal issues Able to Negotiate and support clients in deal making R23 000.00 to R25 000.00
