Litigation Support: Assist senior attorneys in commercial litigation matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, case analysis, and trial preparation. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, providing proactive legal solutions, and delivering exceptional client service. Document Review: Conduct thorough review and analysis of legal documents, contracts, and agreements to identify risks, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and protect clients' interests. Requirements: Qualifications: Admitted as an attorney Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial law practice, with a strong background in contract law, corporate transactions, and litigation. Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting legal research, and providing strategic legal advice to clients. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse legal issues, identify risks, and develop effective solutions.
