- Valid code 10 Drivers license
- Minimum 3 years experience operating an ADT in opencast mining
- Valid references to prove 3 years working experience as an ADT Operator
- Medically fit
- Operational knowledge of opencast mining and earthmoving equipment
- Must understand the importance of working safely
- No criminal record
- Able to read and write
