About the Role As the Agency Operations Lead, you'll play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our consultancy. You'll also work closely with our leadership team to design, optimize, and implement operational processes to drive efficiency and scale our business. Your responsibilities will include: Streamlining and improving internal systems and processes Managing key people operations processes (recruiting and onboarding) Overseeing financial operations (invoicing, payroll, debtors, creditors) Managing our office environment Requirements Requirements To qualify for this position, you should have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience using Xero, Pastel or Similar Strong organizational and time management skills Financial admin skills (invoicing, creditors, debtors) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Macbook 20 days leave per annum Paid training & certifications Annual performance bonus Office weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual social events
