We are recruiting for the position of Agile Project Manager. The purpose of the role is to assist in the preparation, reporting and analysis of projects under the supervision of the project manager. Perform many of the administrative tasks required for the smooth running of a project. Note: The following list of Key Performance Areas and job activities are not exhaustive. IMQS may instruct the employee at any time to carry out additional duties or responsibilities, which fall, reasonably, within the ambit of the job, or in accordance with operational requirements. Day-to-day project coordination responsibilities. Assist in designing stakeholder analysis. Track project progress and cost. Design a project communication protocol. Communicate with internal teams/stakeholders as well as external stakeholders. Record project risks. Prepare project reports. Coordinate contact and handovers between different internal teams. Coordinate and facilitate project planning sessions. Manage project documentation and its lifecycle (versioning, sign-off, filing, etc.) Inputs into release management process. Educational Qualification: We are looking for energetic graduates to join the team – BCom, ICT, Industrial Engineering or similar. Diploma or certification in Agile Project Management or Project Administration Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 2-year experience in a similar or related role. Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (including Agile, general SDLC, PMBOK or PRINCE2) will be advantageous. Knowledge in Agile frameworks, coaching and mentoring will be advantageous. Experience in using MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel, JIRA and a project management tool. Any experience in business analysis will be beneficial. Any experience with a DevOps team will be advantageous.
