Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Demonstrable experience with a portfolio showcasing:
- Projects where data storytelling effectively communicated complex information
- Projects involving the use of generative AI models in data analysis, forecasting, or other relevant applications
Experience representing the service provider in formal engagements and correspondence with clients, stakeholders, and other relevant parties within similar scopes of work
Experience in managing the technical and functional scope of services in a software development environment

Skills and Responsibilities:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee project teams and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Problem-solving abilities, including identifying potential problems, analyzing them, and coming up with effective solutions
Ability to set project objectives, create detailed project plans and schedules, and assign tasks and roles to team members
Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Familiarity with project management software and tools

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of project progress
Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on project status
