Reference: NCM001837-NDK-1 Our client is seeking a Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, large project implementation, and the use of tools such as Jira and Visio. A background in information technology or computer science is required, along with a proven track record in utilizing Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Power Platform, and managing AI-related tasks. Qualifications Education : Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Experience : Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in project management and the implementation of large projects. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Jira and Visio. Experience with Microsoft PowerBI for data visualization and integration. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform for workflow and app development. Knowledge of Microsoft Data Lake for data management. Understanding and implementation of generative AI models and prompt engineering. Experience in creating data narratives and presenting complex data. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and processes. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Data Analysis and Reporting Develop and customize interactive data visualizations using Microsoft PowerBI. Integrate data with existing municipal data sources. Create compelling data stories for various projects. Project Management Manage and oversee the implementation of large-scale projects. Utilize Jira and Visio for project tracking and visualization. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Microsoft Power Platform Utilization Develop automated workflows and business processes. Create and manage apps within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Data Management Configure and optimize Microsoft Data Lake. Ensure data security, compliance, and efficient data management. AI Implementation Implement generative AI models for data analysis and prediction. Leverage AI for enhancing data-driven decision-making processes. Develop effective prompts for AI models to generate useful and relevant outputs. Continuously optimize AI prompts based on data feedback and outcomes. Skills and Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
