Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in project management and the implementation of large projects.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Jira and Visio.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI for data visualization and integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform for workflow and app development.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Data Lake for data management.
• Understanding and implementation of generative AI models and prompt engineering.
• Experience in creating data narratives and presenting complex data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and processes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Develop and customize interactive data visualizations using Microsoft PowerBI.
• Integrate data with existing municipal data sources.
• Create compelling data stories for various projects.

Project Management

• Manage and oversee the implementation of large-scale projects.
• Utilize Jira and Visio for project tracking and visualization.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Microsoft Power Platform Utilization

• Develop automated workflows and business processes.
• Create and manage apps within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Data Management

• Configure and optimize Microsoft Data Lake.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and efficient data management.

AI Implementation

• Implement generative AI models for data analysis and prediction.
• Leverage AI for enhancing data-driven decision-making processes.
• Develop effective prompts for AI models to generate useful and relevant outputs.
• Continuously optimize AI prompts based on data feedback and outcomes.
