- Matric.
- Essential: SACAP registration and good standing.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
- Beneficial: Own vehicle and valid Drivers License.
- Software Proficiency: Lumion, Indesign, Enscape, Photoshop and Revit.
- Portfolio to be submitted with application.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Involvement
- 5 years' experience in architectural roles, actively participating in projects from Work Stage 1 to 6.
- Manage and coordinate architectural projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate competence in both residential and commercial design, contributing to a varied portfolio.
- Showcase experience in Retail and Corporate offices.
- Be a team player, actively contributing to collaborative efforts within the organisation.
- Demonstrate a systems-driven approach and adherence to project deadlines.
- Lead or contribute to the design development process, translating conceptual ideas into detailed architectural plans and drawings.
- Conduct thorough site investigations, gathering essential information for project briefs and design considerations.
- Implement and uphold quality control measures throughout the project life cycle, ensuring design integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Adhere to project deadlines, managing time efficiently to deliver work on schedule.
